The Fear of Unseeable

I wish to get rid of fear was as easy as reading the next sentence. “The fear of unseeable is unseeable, untouchable, and unharmful.”

Truth to tell, removing fear from one’s mind is as hard as understanding the previous sentence and having a little faith in my words.

The immensurable possibility of happening of the negative thought that has created a fear in your mind keeps on troubling you.
For instance, after taking bath at night, when you about to leave the bathroom, out of nowhere, thought of some haunting creature’s presence on the other side of the bathroom door stops you from opening it. All of a sudden, your heart starts pounding against your cold chest, you involuntarily hold your breath.
Slowly, the fear is taking over the empty spaces, and conquering the filled places in your mind, the fear hoists its flag and make you its slave. Don’t be sad for being called a slave as you, yourself, created the fear in the first place so technically, you handed over your mind to your malevolent creation.

DID YOU CREATE THE FEAR?

You laugh it off and think about the possibility of the transformation of your irrational thought into reality. You’ve read science and you know it’s certainly not possible. Nobody can be created just like that. And, No ugly creature is on the other side of the bathroom door.
What if your psychopathic stalker is there?

To understand why we create negative thoughts spontaneously, we need to understand the three states
of our thoughts: negative, neutral, and positive.

F O R C E

Being inside your mind, a force pulls you down and makes you create a negative thought in your
head. This force is constantly acting on your thinking process, like a gravitational force. And, it means that you need to constantly do efforts to think positively as an aircraft does to keep itself in the air and to avoid falling.

The fear isn’t letting you open the bathroom door. Furthermore, this fearful thought is extremely powerful and vivid that you can even imagine the scariest thing on the other side. Having said that, a belief in positivity is procreated.
This negative thought is in your head only, not in reality, and you know this fact very well. You
associate imagination to reality and think if the lights turn off or the faucets start running, then your
negative thought is real.
You gather some courage and reach the bolt on the door.
Within a blink of an eye, the light turns off and the faucets start running!
